    Basic baked chicken wings cilantro pesto

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 C chopped cilantro
    • 1 C chopped Italian flat leaf parsley
    • 1/2 C oil
    • 4 cloves garlic, peeled
    • 1/2 C chopped walnuts
    • 1 T lime juice
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1/2 tsp pepper


    Instructions


    1. Place cilantro, parsley and oil in a blender. Pulse on high for about 30 seconds, until well chopped, but not pureed.
    2. Add rest of ingredients and pulse another 30 seconds or until fully incorporated.
    3. Pour into a bowl, add hot baked or grilled chicken wings.
