    1/2 pound chicken livers
    4 oz butter
    1 T brandy or sherry
    salt
    pepper
    nutmeg

    Recipe



    Melt butter and saute livers, covered, for 5 minutes.
    Blend in a food processor or blender. add brandy. Cream the butter, add liver mixture and blend thoroughly. Season to taste.
