    Appetizer size. Make them larger for other applications.

    List of Ingredients




    1 C tuna
    1/2 C mayonnaise
    1/4 C green bell pepper, minced
    1/4 C minced onion
    1/2 cup fine dry breadcrumbs
    1 egg
    1 egg, beaten with 2 T water
    More dry bread crumbs
    vegetable oil for frying

    How to make Tiny Tuna Balls
    In a medium bowl, flake tuna.
    Combine tuna, mayonnaise, bell pepper, onion, breadcrumbs, and 1 egg. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Shape into 1-inch balls. Dip them into the beaten egg and bread crumbs.
    Heat oil in a large skillet.
    Fry tuna balls until firm and golden on all sides.
    Drain on paper towels.
