    Corn Bread, Early Western

    List of Ingredients

    1 C coarse polenta
    1 C white corn meal
    1 C flour
    1 C sour cream
    1C milk
    2 eggs
    2 T ham fat
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 can chopped green chilies

    Recipe

    Combine all. Bake in oiled and floured pan at 425 degrees about 20 minutes.
