    the 1/2 C rye and 3/4 C rye are not a typo.

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 C rye flour
    3/4 C rye flour
    1/4-1/2 Tsp salt
    1 C mashed potatoes

    Recipe



    Sift the 3/4 C rye flour into the salt, add to the potatoes and work with your fingers. Sprinkle some rye flour onto your board and pat out the mixture into a 9 inch round. Crimp edges edges like a pie. Cut into wedges.
    Sprinkle the 1/2 C rye flour into a heavy fry pan and on medium heat, brown slightly. Lift the wedges to the fry pan and cook 5 minutes on each side. Serve hot.
