1 tsp dry milk
1 tsp sugar
lukewarm water (4 C)
1 tsp salt
3 1/4 C buckwheat flour
2 T molasses
trace wheat flourRecipe
Dissolve the yeast in a little warm water. Add sugar, warm water, salt, trace wheat flour and enough buckwheat flour to make a thin batter. let it work overnight.
Add molasses. make dollar size pancakes.
Var;
Sourdough. save 1 cup of the above batter. Follow recipe using the starter in place of the yeast. Add 1/2 tsp baking soda in the morning.
