List of Ingredients
1 3/4 C flour
1/4 C whole wheat flour
3 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 medium baked potato
1/4 C butter
1 egg
milk
Recipe
Combine dry ingredients. Grate the potato into the flour mixture and stir lightly. Cut in the butter to a coarse cornmeal texture. Combine the 1 egg and enough milk to make 3/4 C. Stir in the milk mixture. Roll out on floured board to about 1/2 inch thickness. Cut in 2 inch rounds and let set 15 minutes. bake at 450 for 12-15 minutes.
