List of Ingredients

2 c sugar
1 C butter
1 C ground nuts
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
pinch salt
1 tsp almond extract
5 1/2 C flour
1 C sour cream


Recipe

Cream butter, sugar and eggs. Stir in cream. Sift flour and soda together. Combine with butter mixtureand add nuts and flavoring. Roll out dough in 3 long fingers. Bake at 375 degrees until light brown. Slice them, place on cookie sheet and dry at 250 degrees.
