these tasty biscuits will fill the house with the aroma of...well, sour milk. Don't plan on cooking them if you have company. Or do if your company has over extended their welcome.

List of Ingredients

2 C flour
1 T baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 C ham fat
3/4-1 C sour milk


Recipe

Combine dry ingredients. Cut in the fat to texture of coarse cornmeal. Add the milk, stir just until the flour is moist. Knead lightly on floured surface. Cut into desired shapes. Bake at 450 degrees 12-15 minutes.
