    Batter, Gino's Fish

    List of Ingredients

    1 C flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 egg beaten with milk to make 1 cup
    1 T lemon juice

    Recipe

    Clean and dry pan size fish. Dip in batter and fry in hot bacon fat.
