    1 pound sweet cream butter, at room temperature
    1/2-1 C chopped, fresh or dried, edible flower petals

    Recipe



    Mix well, (don't let the butter melt) and let stand overnight to develop flavor. Then chill. Use within 2 weeks or freeze for up to several months.
