    Parmesan butter 2

    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 C unsalted butter, at room temperature
    • 1/4 C freshly grated parmesan cheese
    • 1 medium clove garlic finely minced
    • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
    • salt to taste, (remember the parmesan will add salt)


    Instructions


    1. Beat ingredients together. Place in a ramekin or crock or roll into a small cylinder on wax paper and enclose in plastic wrap.
    2. will keep chilled for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 6 months. Leave out at room temperature to soften before serving.
