    Yield: 40 pieces

    List of Ingredients




    8 oz almond paste
    8 oz dried figs
    1 T brandy extract
    Confectioners sugar

    Recipe



    Assemble grinder with Fine Disc. Put figs through food grinder. Add almond paste and brandy extract. Blend well. Shape into 3/4 inch balls. use small amount of sugar on hands if mixture is sticky. Roll balls in confectioners sugar. Store airtight in single layers between sheets of waxed paper in cool dry place.
