    List of Ingredients

    2 pounds of ground rose hips, seed pith and all
    12 C fresh water
    1 pound sugar

    Recipe

    Bring the rose hips to a boil in the water, in a covered pan. Strain through a jelly bag. Put the liquid back into the pan and simmer to reduce by 1/2. Add sugar and boil 5 minutes. Bottle in serilized jars.
