    Fontina Val d'Aosta is a soft & very flavorful cheese from Italy. Other fontinas won't have the same depth of flavor.






    `Stracchino cheese : This soft Italian cheese is mild and spreadable. A cow's-milk cheese from Italy's Lombardy region. It's great on pizza. Use within a few days after purchasing and, for best flavor, serve at room temperature.
