    List of Ingredients

    1 egg, beaten
    1 T sherry
    1 T cornstarch
    1 T soy sauce
    2 C soup stock
    1/2 tsp minced ginger
    1/2 sprig minced green onion
    1 tsp peanut oil
    1/4 pound ground pork
    4 medium tomatoes, small dice

    Recipe

    Mix soy sauce, sherry, onion, ginger, egg cornstarch with the pork and shape into small balls.
    Bring the soup stock and tomatoes to a boil and ad oil. Drop the meat balls into soup and simmer 3 minutes.
