    Sinangag.(Fried rice)

    List of Ingredients

    4 C steamed rice
    2 cloves minced garlic
    2 T oil
    salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe

    Lightly brown garlic in the oil. Add the rice which has been fluffed with a fork to separate grains. Stir thoroughly while cooking to blend the flavors. Cook five minutes or more.
    You can add other ingredients as well, chopped vegetables, meat, etc....
