    1 1/2 C light brown sugar
    1/2 C cream sherry
    2 Tbsp light corn syrup
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp nutmeg
    1/4 tsp cinnamon
    3 C Gold Shield Whole nuts, toasted
    1/2 tsp maple flavoring
    1/4 tsp baking soda

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients except nuts in a large sauce pan.
    Cook without stirring to 290 degrees on a candy thermometer.
    Remove from heat. Add nuts and stir 2 minutes, until mixture cools slightly.
    Spread in a single layer on waxed paper and cool.
