2 3/4 cups sifted flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup butter
I cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon soda
1/4 cup sugar
I egg
2 squares chocolate (melted)
1/3 cup sour milk
I teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup finely ground nut meats
Recipe
Cream shortening and sugar; add egg; add cooled melted chocolate and mix well. Add milk and vanilla alternatelv with sifted dry ingredients; lastly add nut meat. Fill cookie press and make desired shapes on cookie sheet. Bake at 400-425 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
