List of Ingredients

1 C white sugar
1/2 C brown sugar
1 C shortening
1 egg
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cream of tartar
2 C flour
1 tsp vanilla
dash salt


Recipe

Cream sugar and shortening. Add beaten egg. add cream of tartar, baking soda, flour salt and vanilla extract. Roll into small balls then roll in sugar. bake at 350 degrees F. for 10-12 minutes.
