Cookie press. 400-425 degree oven. 10-12 minutes

List of Ingredients

3/4 cup shortening
1 1/2 cups molasses
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
4 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt


Recipe

Cream shortening and sugar. Add molasses and eggs. Gradually add flour sifted with soda and salt. Force through cooky press to form desired shapes. Bake at 400-425 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
