Ice Box, Overnight cottage cheese cookies

List of Ingredients



• 1 C butter
  
• 1 3/4 C sugar
  
• 2 tsp vanilla
  
• 2 eggs
  
• 1 C small curd cottage cheese
  
• 1 tsp baking soda
  
• 1 tsp baking powder
  
• 2 34 C flour
  
• 1/2 C cocoa
  
• 1/2 C chopped nuts
  






Instructions



1. Cream butter and sugar. Beat in 2 eggs and vanilla. Stir in cheese.
   
   
2. Sift dry ingredients and add. Add nuts.Chill overnight
   
   
3. Roll into walnut sized pieces. Roll in powdered sugar.. bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees F. 10-12 minutes.
   
   
4. They will look underbaked, but will dry out if baked longer. Do not overbake.
