    Hand formed, Pecan crunch cookies

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 C sweet cream butter
    • 1/2 C sugar
    • 1 tsp vanilla
    • 3/4 C crushed, not too finely,ruffle potato chips
    • 1/2 C toasted, chopped pecans
    • 2 C unbleached, all-purpose flour


    Instructions


    1. In a large bowl, cream butter, sugar and vanilla. Stir in chips and pecans. add flour.

    2. Form into balls or oblongs, using a heaping tablespoon of dough for each. Press a pecan half into each if desired.

    3. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake 16-18 minutes.



    Final Comments


    Note; to toast pecans, spread on cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees F. 5-8 minutes
