List of Ingredients

1/2 C butter
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 C pecans, browned in butter
pinch salt
1 C sugar
1 C grapenuts
1 C crushed pineapple
3/4 pound Vanilla Wafers, crushed


Recipe

Combine grapenuts and pineapple. Cream butter and sugar. Add beaten eggs. Add rest of ingredients except Vanilla Wafers. Line a pan with some of the wafer crumbs. Alternate layers of mixture and crumbs. Top with pecans. Chill overnight. Serve with whipped cream.
