Recipe Introduction


Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.


List of Ingredients




1 1/4 C all purpose flour
1/4 C sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
2/3 C butter
8 peaches, peeled and cut into bite-size pieces
2 T confectioners sugar
juice of 1 lemon
4 tsp peach liqueur (opt)


Recipe



Add the flour, sugar, cinnamon and butter to a large mixing bowl. Cut into large crumb.
In separate bowl combine peaches, confectioners sugar, lemon juice and liqueur.
Place the mixture into a greased baking dish and top withthe above crumbs.

Bake 25-30 minutes.
