    Pudding, Richmond Chocolate

    1/2 cup Ground Chocolate

    1/3 cup sugar

    1/4 teaspoon salt

    Pinch cinnamon

    2 cups milk, scalded

    2 eggs, slightly beaten

    1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

    2 slices dry French bread

    1/4 cup raisins

    Recipe

    How to make Richmond Chocolate Bread Pudding
    Blend Ground Chocolate with sugar, salt and cinnamon.
    Dissolve chocolate mixture in hot milk.
    Stir in eggs, vanilla, crumbled bread and raisins.
    Pour into 8-inch square pan.
    Set in a larger pan of warm water.
    Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until set.
    Cool and cut into squares.
    Garnish with whipped cream and nutmeg, if desired.
