List of Ingredients
1 C mayonnaise
1/2 C sour cream
3 tblsp tarragon vinegar
1 tblsp lemon juice
1/3 C finely chopped parsley
3 tblsp finely chopped onion
3 tblsp mashed anchovy fillets
1 sm clove garlic
1 tblsp chopped chives
2 tsp chopped capers
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
Recipe
thouroughly blend in a pint jar. Cover and chill for 3-4 hours.
