Honey Salad Dressing

List of Ingredients

2/3 C sugar
1 tsp dry mustard powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp celery seed
1 C honey
5 T vinegar
juice of 1 lemon
1 T grated onion
1 C salad oil


Recipe

Combine sugar, mustard, salt and celery seed. (celery seed may be soaked for a couple of hours in water for more flavor). Add honey, vinegar and juice of lemon. Mix, then add onion. Slowly add oil, beating constantly with rotary beater.
