List of Ingredients

1 4 oz package blue cheese, crumbled
1 3 oz package cream cheese, softened
1/2 C mayonnaise
1/3 C light cream



Recipe

Reserve 1/3 C of the blue cheese In a small mixer bowl blend rest of blue cheese and cream cheese on low speed. Beat in mayyonnaise and cream on medium speed until creamy. Stir in reserved blue cheese. Cover and chill at least 3 hours.
Makes about 1 2/3 C.
