    Fish and rice pudding

    Boil a breakfastcupful of rice in two and a half cupfuls of water and when ready set aside to cool. Flake a cupful of white fish or tinned salmon and mix this into the rice with two eggs. season to taste and pour the mixture into a greased pie dish and bake in a moderate oven for forty five minutes
