    1/2 pound ground meat
    1/2 raw onion, chopped
    2 C cooked kidney beans
    1 can (16 oz) tomatoes with liquid
    1 1/2 T chili powder

    Recipe



    Cook the meat, unless using leftover meats(cubed or shredded). Saute onion in meat fat or oil. Drain fat. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat to a low simmer for 10 minutes.

    Uses; Serve as is or pour over a hamburger bun for a chili burger or on a hot dog, use in a tortilla for a taco, stuff a baked potato, use in ann omelet, Add to macaroni for chili mac, top a lettuce saladfor taco salad, top soaghetti with the chili or add corn, bean liquid and chopped peppers for a soup.
