    4 eggs, separated
    1 C white sauce
    salt
    pepper
    cheese, optional

    Recipe

    beat the yolks. Beat the whites until stiff. Add the yolks to the white sauce and season. Fold into the whites. Bake at 350, 20 to 30 minutes.
    Var; you can add your own choice of ingredients for variety.
