    List of Ingredients


    • 1 large onion
    • 1 garlic clove, crushed
    • 2 T oil
    • 1 large bell pepper, in slivers
    • 2 C bean sprouts
    • 1/3 C slivered water chestnuts
    • 3-4 T soy sauce
    • pepper to taste


    Instructions


    1. Beat the eggs with the soy sauce. Combine all but the oil.
    2. Heat the oil and use a dipper to drop the foo young into rounds. Cook about 5 minutes per side. Serve hot.
