List of Ingredients

3 scallions, minced
1/2 C diced bell pepper
1/4 pound mushrooms, sliced
2-3 T soy sauce
1/4 c pineapple juice
1 C drained pineapple chunks
8 eggs slightly beaten


Recipe

Saute scallions, bell pepper and mushrooms until tender. Combine rest of ingredients and pour over the sauted vegetables and scramble.
