    List of Ingredients


    • 2 Broiling chickens, 3 pounds each. split in half
    • 4 T peanut oil
    • 2 bell peppers, cut in one inch squares
    • 1 C pineapple tidbits
    • 1 C pineapple syrup
    • 1/2 C soysauce
    • 1 garlic clove, pressed
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1/4 tsp pepper


    Instructions


    1. Brown chicken halves in oil with bell pepper.
    2. Combine rest of ingredients and pour it over chicken in a casserole dish. Cover and bake at 350 F for one hour.
    3. Serve with fried rice.
