    List of Ingredients


    • 1 onion, finely chopped
    • 3 Tolive oil
    • 2 tsp flour
    • 1 pound baby okra, trimmed
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp paprika
    • 3 plum tomatoes, peel and chop
    • 1/2 C yogurt
    • 1 egg
    • 1/4 tsp pepper


    Instructions


    1. Saute chopped onion in oil. until translucent. Srinkle with flour. cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
    2. Add okra, three cups hot water, salt and paprika.Cook covered on medium heat for twenty minutes. Add tomatoes and cook 10 minutes, or until okra is tender.
    3. While soup cooks. pour yogurt into a tureen or serving bowl, and beat in egg. pour soup in. stir and season with pepper.
