List of Ingredients
1/2 pound suet
2 C raisins
3 C sifted all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powderRecipe
Put suet through food chopper. Add raisins. sift dry ingredients together. add to raisin mixture. Put in a muslin cloth that has been dipped in hot water and floured on the inside, Tie loosely to allow for swelling. Drop into kettle of boiling water to cover pudding. cover kettle, boil gently for 3 hours. Serve with sweetened cream, hard sauce, or sweet cream.
