    List of Ingredients


    • 3 C dried garbanzos
    • 4 cloves garlic, sliced
    • 2 carrots, diced
    • 3 T olive oil
    • 1 onion, chopped
    • 1 pound chorizo
    • 1/2 C tomato sauce


    Instructions


    1. Soak garbanzos overnight. Next day add water to just cover garbanzos. Bring to a boil.
    2. Add rest of ingredients, except tomato sauce. Simmer one and one half hours, or until beans are tender. Add tomato sauce.
