    List of Ingredients


    • 4 cloves garlic
    • 6 slices, homemade french bread, cube and toast
    • 3 T butter
    • 1 medium can tomatoes, crushed
    • 1/2 bay leaf, crushed
    • 1 tsp, hot paprika
    • 3 C stock or potato water
    • 6 eggs, lightly beaten
    • salt
    • parsley


    Instructions


    1. Saute garlic and bread in butter. Add boiling stock. Add tomatoes and spices. Cook for half an hour.
    2. Stir eggs in and cook until eggs thicken. Garnish with chopped parsley.
