    Finnish Fillet of Sole with Shrimp,

    Recipe Introduction

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Use 1 fillet per each person served. The fish calls for a cream sauce with bayleaf and parsley, the recipe was lost years ago. But with a little imagination you shuold be able to come up with something suitable.

    List of Ingredients

    Fish fillets
    salt
    pepper
    lemon juice
    Minced shrimp

    Recipe

    Season fillets with salt and pepper. brush with lemon juice. Place 1 tablespoon minced shrimp on each. Roll up and fasten with a toothpick. cook in a buttered casserole dish at 400 degrees F. for 15 minutes. Pour sauce over. Serve with stuffed beets (Taytaty & punajuuret).
