Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Season fillets with salt and pepper. brush with lemon juice. Place 1 tablespoon minced shrimp on each. Roll up and fasten with a toothpick. cook in a buttered casserole dish at 400 degrees F. for 15 minutes. Pour sauce over. Serve with stuffed beets (Taytaty & punajuuret).
