    1 teaspoon ginger
    1 teaspoon olive.oil
    3 tablespoons cornstarch
    Salt
    Pepper

    Recipe

    GIYOZA SKINS:
Mix flour and water until a smooth consistency. It is easier to handle if it stands for awhile. Roll in damp cloth. Break off into approximately teaspoon-size pieces and roll into a ball. On a floured board with a rolling pin roll in thin circles, 3 inches in diameter. Make up 5 or 6 and fill with filling and fold in half. Place on plate with cornstarch to keep them from sticking.

    FILLING
Mix all together and place on one-half of each skin. Deep fry or fry slightly and then steam in 1/4 cup of water added to the pan. If deep frying, just fry until golden brown.
