1 T peanut oil
4 scallions
1 rounded tsp, freshly grated ginger
2 tsp sesame seeds
2 T oyster sauce
3/4 pound top sirloin, sliced in 1/4 inch strips
1 1/2 T soy sauce
Recipe
Julienne the scallions in long thin strips. saute them in peanut oil along with, ginger, and oyster sauce. Stir fry for 2 minutes or until scallions are soft. Add sirloin and saute 1 minute, flip and saute 1 minute longer, or to medium rare. Add soy sauce and cook for half a minute.
Remove from heat and sarve with rice.
