    Recipe Introduction


    Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.

    List of Ingredients




    2 C thick white sauce, thinned with the juice of 1/2 of a large orange
    Grate finely the rind of 2 oranges
    3 T sugar
    4 egg yolks

    Recipe



    Combine and cook the ingredients in a double boiler. Cook slightly and fold in the well beaten whites of 6 eggs. Add dash of salt and 1 tsp vanilla.
    Bake 1 hour at 300 degrees F.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve hot.
    A few cherries may be added for a touch of color.
