List of Ingredients
- one half pound of flank steak
- one half of an onion
- 2 carrots, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- one half of a medium bell pepper, sliced
- 1, 14 and one half ounce can whole tomatoe with sauce
- 1 tsp oregano
- one half C. sliced pimentos
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- cut meat into paper thin slices. Heat on medium high heat and saute meat about 2 minutes. Remove to a plate.
- In the skillet saute onion and carrots 3 minutes. Add garlic and bell pepper and saute 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and oregano. Break up tomatoes as they cook. simmer 5 minutes. Add the meat and mix well. Add pimentos and salt and pepper. Cook 1 minute.
Final Comments
Serve over rice.
