    List of Ingredients


    • one half pound of flank steak
    • one half of an onion
    • 2 carrots, thinly sliced
    • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
    • one half of a medium bell pepper, sliced
    • 1, 14 and one half ounce can whole tomatoe with sauce
    • 1 tsp oregano
    • one half C. sliced pimentos
    • salt and pepper


    Instructions


    1. cut meat into paper thin slices. Heat on medium high heat and saute meat about 2 minutes. Remove to a plate.
    2. In the skillet saute onion and carrots 3 minutes. Add garlic and bell pepper and saute 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and oregano. Break up tomatoes as they cook. simmer 5 minutes. Add the meat and mix well. Add pimentos and salt and pepper. Cook 1 minute.


    Final Comments


    Serve over rice.
