    Beat cold oatmeal porridge with enough bread flour as required to roll out, about 1 inch thick.
    With sharp knife, cut into squares or wedges.
    Bake on hot, well greased hot griddle until brown on both sides.
    Split, serve hot with butter, jam or syrup.
