    List of Ingredients





    3 T Swans Down Cake flour
    1/3 C sugar
    dash salt
    1 C milk
    1 egg yolk, slightly beaten
    1/2 tsp vanilla

    Recipe



    Combine flour, sugar and salt in the top of a double boiler. Add milk and egg yolk.

    Place over rapidly boiling water and cook ten minutes, or until thickened, stirring constantly.

    Cool and add flavoring.
