    1 dozen hard boiled eggs
    1/2 C young dandelion leaves, finely chopped
    4 T mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp dry mustard
    1/4 tsp nutmeg

    Recipe



    Cut eggs in half. Force the yolks through a fine wire sieve. Mix with remaining ingredients and pipe back into egg whites. Chill.
