    Cinquefoil, crampweed, good tansey, goose grass, goosetansy, goosewart, Moor grass, wild sweet potato, wild tansey.

    List of Ingredients

    Common in damp places. roots taste like parsnip and sweet potato or chestnut. raw, boil or roast.
    Grind into flour and mix with barley flour. (a complete protein).
    Herbal tea from the roots (small and hard to clean) or leaves.
    All of the plant can be driedand packed into airtight containers. (they absorb moisture).
    3 ounces of the fresh plant (or more) can be taken 3-4 times a day. Components; Tannins, of the ellagic-acid type, antioxiHerbal tea;dent flavonoids, proanthocyanides and antiviral.
