    Serves 6.

    List of Ingredients




    1 lb fresh lump crab meat
    3 T butter or margarine
    2 tbs flour
    1 cup milk
    1 tsp dry mustard
    1 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp nutmeg
    2 tsp minced parsley
    2 tsp lemon juice
    2 tbs chopped onion (opt)
    2 tbs chopped green pepper (opt)
    1 tbs dry sherry
    Paprika
    1/2 C cracker crumbs

    Recipe



    Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat, add butter and cook until it turns pale wheat colored, Add milk and cook, stirring constantly, about 2 minutes or until thickened, stirring often. Add crab meat and next 5 ingredients. Spoon into crab shells and top with green peppers, scallion and cracker crumbs. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbly.
    Serve with lemon-parsley butter.
