    1 large salmon, 10-12 pounds, filleted.
    3 C fine bread crumbs
    juice of 2 lemons
    1 C butter, melted
    1 small onion, minced
    salt and pepper to taste
    bay leaf (opt)

    Recipe



    Cut fish into serving size pieces. Top with bread crumb mixture and bake 12 minutes per pound at 350 degrees F.
